Popular feel good eatery earns industry accolades, delivers sustained sales momentum and prepares for strategic growth

DALLAS (Jan. 14, 2026) – Original ChopShop, the feel good fast-casual concept known for its large, diverse menu of customizable bowls, salads, sandwiches and more, closed out 2025 with a year defined by strong performance, industry recognition and steady demand that positions the brand for continued development in 2026.

For year-end 2025, the Company had:

          – Record annual brand sales with 11 of 22 comp Shops achieving best EVER! annual sales volumes.

          – A ninth consecutive year of positive EBITDA.

          – Positive SSS of +4.6% for full year 2025 with SSS being positive for 19 of the last 21 accounting periods.

          – Positive traffic of +5.4% for full year 2025 with traffic being positive for 17 consecutive accounting periods.

          – 55% digital transactions, with almost half originating directly from the Company’s website and app.

          – Hourly team member turnover of 99%, with tenure of core hourly team members at two years and nine months.

          – GM tenure of 4.5 years, with 81% of GMs being internal promotes.

          – Average Google Star ratings of 4.6 for the brand.

The brand’s momentum was further validated through industry recognition. In 2025, Original ChopShop was recognized at No. 13 in Fast Casual’s “Top 100 Movers & Shakers” list and was also a recipient of Fast Casual’s “Top 30 Movers & Shakers” in Catering. The brand was also ranked on Nation’s Restaurant News’ 2025 “100 Under 100: Emerging Restaurant Chains” list.

Original ChopShop plans to open four additional Shops in 2026, beginning with Fort Worth Medical District in March, followed by Memorial City in Houston and Peoria, Arizona, in July and Richardson, Texas, in September.
