Original ChopShop to Open New Midtown Phoenix Shop with Convenient Pick-Up Window
Fast-casual eatery makes feel good food even more accessible in Phoenix at 7th and Thomas on Nov. 5
PHOENIX, Ariz. (Sept. 25, 2025) – Original ChopShop, the fast-casual eatery known for its feel good bowls, salads, sandwiches and more, is officially opening its doors in Midtown Phoenix at 2817 North 7th St. on Nov. 5. This opening marks Original ChopShop’s 11th Arizona Shop and the 27th brandwide.
Located at the corner of 7th Street and Thomas Road, steps from Phoenix Country Club, North High School and Phoenix Children’s Hospital, the new Midtown Shop will soon serve as a convenient stop for neighbors, students, visitors and hospital staff. Guests can look forward to indulging in signature ChopShop favorites, including protein bowls, superfruit bowls, salads, sandwiches, juices and all-day breakfast, fully customizable to suit dietary preferences, including gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, vegan or protein-rich.
In celebration of the opening, doors will open at 10 a.m. to welcome the first 75 guests in line with a ChopShop tote bag with the purchase of any breakfast entrée, bowl, salad or sandwich. Additionally, Original ChopShop is dedicated to “Fueling The Well-Being” of its communities, and to fulfill this commitment, the brand is donating 10% of opening-day proceeds to Mental Health America of Arizona, an organization dedicated to advancing mental health awareness, promoting well-being and supporting individuals in achieving recovery.
The Midtown Shop will also be debuting the first Fast Fuel Pick-Up Window in Phoenix, allowing guests to order ahead and quickly grab their favorite meals on the go.

On opening day, the Shop will be open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Following the grand opening, operating hours will be 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Sunday.
