I signed up for an Original ChopShop rewards account in the restaurant using my phone number and email address.
I recently downloaded the Original ChopShop app, but it requires an email address and password. I never created a password when I signed up in the restaurant.
I tried using “Forgot Password,” but I never receive the password-reset email. I have checked my spam/junk folder as well. I also tried creating a new account, but the app says that my email address and phone number are already in use.
Could someone please help me regain access to my existing account?
