HOUSTON, Texas (Sept. 10, 2024) – Original ChopShop – the fast-casual eatery known for its feel good food and warm, welcoming dining experience – will open its newest Shop at 10720 Kuykendahl Road in The Woodlands on Sept. 18.

Original ChopShop offers a variety of better-for-you meals that are accessible on the go and available throughout the day for breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner. The combination of fast and friendly service and food made with whole ingredients allows every guest to “Fuel Their Well-Being” and enjoy food that not only tastes good but leaves them feeling good too.

On opening day, 10% of proceeds will go to the Mental Health America of Greater Houston organization. In addition, the first 50 in line will receive a ChopShop tote bag! To sweeten the deal, any guest who signs up for Chops loyalty program via the provided QR code from September 18 – November 18 will receive a free bowl, salad, or sandwich offer.

DALLAS (Sept. 10, 2024) – Original ChopShop is turning up the flavor with its latest protein bowl offerings and seasonal menu additions, all crafted so you can ‘Make It Original’ at Original ChopShop! Starting Sept. 10 through Dec. 31, 2024, enjoy seasonal flavors with the debut of these items:

Italian Chop: A mix of house greens and arugula topped with salami, bacon, tomato, banana pepper, pickles and parmesan cheese, all tossed with crispy croutons and a house-made Italian vinaigrette.

Apple Chai Lemonade: Classic lemonade blended with apple juice and seasonal chai.

Daily Date Protein Shake: A nutritious blend of coconut chia pudding, vanilla whey protein powder, dates, agave, chai, banana and carrot juice.

In response to loyal guest feedback, Original ChopShop is updating the Protein Bowls menu with some innovative changes that allow for more customizations and flavors. The new roasted veggie mix is a bright and flavorful mix of bite-sized broccoli, carrots and onions lightly tossed and roasted in a lemon vinaigrette. Cauliflower rice joins the lineup as a delicious low carb, high-fiber base option and jasmine rice makes the menu as the Company’s debut of a white rice offering.

TUCSON, Ariz. (June 4, 2024) – Original ChopShop, the fast-casual neighborhood eatery offering wholesome protein bowls, salads, sandwiches and more, will host a grand opening event for its newest Shop at 2749 N Campbell Ave. in Tucson, Arizona.

This grand opening marks the company’s 10th location in Arizona and its 23rd brand-wide. The Citrus Thai Chop, which is now a permanent menu item after being introduced as an LTO, is one of the most popular salads on the menu. The neighborhood eatery will also add a house-blended Red Pepper Hummus to its menu, the perfect snack for any time of day, and Greens as a new base to its Grilled Protein Bowl selection. 

“Menu innovation continues to be a focus for us, and we’re excited to offer a trending ingredient with our Hot Honey Chicken Bowl, but with a better-for-you Original ChopShop spin,” CEO Jason Morgan says. “Additionally, our Grilled Protein Bowls are a fan favorite and with the addition of Greens as a base, our guests will have even more ways to customize their meals for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.”
