Southlake, Texas (April 24, 2023) Original ChopShop – the 20-location concept that inspires others to “Just Feel Good” with food for “Every/Body” – announces a new Shop to open in Southlake, TX late spring. This will be the eleventh Texas location for the growing better-for-you brand.

Located at East Southlake Blvd and Kimball Ave, the new Original ChopShop will feature breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner-time options including delicious protein bowls, salads, sandwiches, breakfast items, juices, protein shakes, acai bowls and more made with whole, quality ingredients that are always chopped-in-Shop. 

There is something for everyone on the menu, from steak to tofu and everything in between, and all items are fully customizable to meet any dietary need.

“We think our better-for-you, all day every day concept will resonate with the Southlake community and fill a niche that’s been missing in other dining options in the area,” CEO Jason Morgan says. “Our new Shop is easily accessible for our on-the-go guests, but also features plenty of seating and a spacious covered patio for guests who want to dine in.”

Original ChopShop was founded in 2013 in Old Town Scottsdale, Arizona. The neighborhood eatery currently operates 20 Shops in Phoenix, Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston and Atlanta. The company is expected to grow to 24 locations by the end of 2023. 

Dallas, Texas (February 22, 2023)….Original ChopShop – the 19-location concept that inspires others to “Just Feel Good” with food for “Every/Body” – announces a new limited time salad, the Citrus Thai Chop. Additionally, the feel good eatery has made the Greek-ish, a previous LTO, a permanent menu item due to popular demand. 

“When the Asian Chop came off our menu, we received a lot of feedback from guests that they were missing the flavor profile from our salad options, so we listened and set out to create an elevated Asian-inspired Chop,” CEO Jason Morgan says. “Since recently launching the Citrus Thai, it has quickly become a top-three-selling salad across all Original ChopShop locations.” 

The Citrus Thai Chop is made with house greens, orange segments, roasted red pepper, pickled carrot, jicama, cucumber, green onion, peanut, cilantro, sesame seed, and Thai peanut dressing. The limited time salad is available now until May 8. 

The Greek-ish, which is now a permanent menu item after being introduced as an LTO, reigns as the second most popular salad on the menu and is made with romaine, spring mix, feta cheese, onions, red pepper, olive, chickpea, cucumber, banana pepper and lemon vinaigrette. 

“We’ve learned our guests are very interested in Mediterranean flavors, so bringing the Greek-ish on as a permanent fixture to our menu strategically made sense,” Morgan continues. “It’s important to us to represent flavors from all types of cuisines on our menu, making it even more accessible for Every/Body to enjoy our food.”

DALLAS (Jan. 4, 2023) – Original ChopShop, an emerging fast-casual brand featuring protein bowls, salads, sandwiches, breakfast items, fresh juice and more, is giving Dallasites a feel good reason to fuel their well-being in the new year with the opening of its newest Shop in the go-to neighborhood hub of Preston Forest Village.

On Jan. 25, Original ChopShop will join the growing shopping and dining destination at 11700 Preston Road, Ste. 612, marking its third Shop in Dallas proper and eighth in the DFW metroplex. MESA, Ariz. (Nov. 30, 2022) – Original ChopShop is bringing its signature protein bowls, salads (“chops”), sandwiches, breakfast, fresh-squeezed juices and more to another community in the Valley of the Sun with the opening of its first Mesa Shop.

The neighborhood eatery will open its doors on Wednesday, Dec. 7 at 1850 S. The Shop level growth begins in October, with the opening of Shop number 18 in South Buckhead, Georgia and number 19 in Mesa, Arizona. In December, Shop number 20 will open at Preston Road and Forest Lane bringing the overall Dallas count to eight locations. 

In early 2023, three additional Shops are anticipated to open in Cumberland and Alpharetta, Georgia and Southlake, Texas. The company has three additional leases signed for late 2023 and early 2024 while actively working on 10 other letters of intent.
